HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please book your hotel room by calling the Hotel Galvez at 409-765-7721. You must use group code “Texas State Holmes” to receive the state rate.

The hotel will honor reservations at the group rate until midnight August 19, 2012.
MEETING REGISTRATION
Participants
Registration fee includes conference material, presentations, refreshment breaks, opening luncheon, and vendor reception. Early registration ends September 5, 2012. Please provide valid e-mail address upon check-out to receive meeting updates and correspondence.
Vendors
Register early, best tables will be assigned first. Registration fee includes one participant registration, one 6’x30” table, 2 chairs, tablecloth & skirting, and one electrical outlet.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Don’t forget meal tickets for your guests only attending the luncheon or vendor reception.
